GORILLA GRIP Bath Rug Mat for Bathroom, Absorbent Chenille, 24x17 Gray

Purchased for Bathroom. Purchased the Burgundy Color and also Purchased the matching toilet lid cover. THE GOOD: Perfect color, (Burgundy Red) rug and toilet lid color. As pictured and described. Matched my existing Bathroom colors which are light browns, rose, red and Burgundy. The fit was perfect and the dimensions I order were exactly as described. The material is a large cable yarn type of rug. Looks great. So far, it is performing very well. It is very soft and pliable and the backing is not stiff so it lays completely flat. It stays put as described and does not move or slide on the floor at all like many other rugs I had. This is working perfectly. Feel great under foot and absorbs the water from my feet when I exit the shower. The water does not go under the rug and wet the floor. The floor stays dry. So far, there has been no bleed through of color when wet. THEBAD: Nothing bad to report. Very good product so far THE UGLY: Nothing ugly. The only thing i havnt done us wash it yet. If there is a problem when I do, I will update the review

This mat seems to be good quality, however it is way too small for my space. I was only able to use it for about a week before I dropped deodorant on it which stained it. I was pretty disappointed as I spent $12 on it. I ended up giving it to my cat to lay on, but unfortunately, she's been chewing on it. When I had guests over, they were making fun of it because it was too small. Maybe it was a sign that I needed to get rid of it. Who knows. I wasn't super impressed with it or anything, I was happy to have a bath mat. That's about it. It had a noticeable crease because it was folded when I received it. That ended up falling out after the first couple uses. It's fairly soft, I suppose. I mean it's not like a cloud or anything. You can still feel the floor underneath it. I wouldn't want an 8x10 rug that's this material. But for $12, it's fair. It didn't smell or anything when I received it. It smelled like deodorant after I dropped the deodorant on it. That's to be expected. I have really bad nightmares and sometimes I jolt up out of bed and run into the bathroom, I will say it has kept me from slipping on the tile. I think it lives up to the Gorilla Grip name as far as that goes. I have slipped on the tile before and it's not a pretty picture. I keep going back and forth with myself about if it's worth $12, I don't truly think it is. It's nice, don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't be shocked if I saw it in your house and you told me that it came from the Dollar Tree. You know what I mean. I have brand loyalty with Gorilla Grip and it has more pros than cons. I recommend just double checking the measurements before you buy and not dropping deodorant on it. As far as my official recommendation, that's on a person by person basis.

I like the mat, not loving the size. Its definitely smaller than I anticipated(yes, I read the reviews stating same thing) ultimately chose to keep it, as I needed it Fast. Otherwise, it absorbs very well, feels great underfoot and dries fairly fast

We bought two of these rugs for our bathtubs. The size 20 x 30 is just right and the color, Sand, works perfectly with our decor and tile. They are soooo soft under our feet, and they absorb water quickly, with NO slippage on our tile floors. They are a bit pricey, but seem well made. So far, no shedding, but we haven't washed them, yet, so I'll try to update after we do so. Overall, love them!

Good bath mat that stays in place. Soft to the touch and on feet. Good quality. Holds dampness from shower pretty well. Washes well. I use a little powder detergent and it's like new. Hang dry. No fabric softener necessary. Do not dry in the dryer. Before stepping out of the shower, let most of the water on your body drain off, then step onto the mat as not get it soaked. It's absorbent to a certain extent. Not completely.

Beautiful bath mat. Color and size are as described and the grip is good and does not slide. Also soft and comfortable on your feet. Would buy again.

This bath mat seems to be made very well, but it's tiny. That's on me, not the company. I needed an unusual size and had to go smaller than I wanted to. What you need to know is that it is a quality bath mat and the color is just like it was in the photos. Value? I think it is a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for and it is made very well. Overall, a good purchase. It's soft, fluffy, and water absorbent. It washed well and is easy to keep clean.

Love these mats! I have 12 of them throughout the house in different colors (the army green being my favorite). They have excellent grip on the floor and they are super absorbent and easy to wash (depending on the size). My ONLY gripe is that they are a bit tricky to vacuum...you have to run the vacuum side to side otherwise the rug does get sucked up in the vacuum. Thats my only issue at all. Highly recommend them especially if you have pets.

This lovely rug has brightened our bathroom and given us a soft and warm place for our feet I purchased a large version of this rug and use it in front of our bathroom sinks. I have washed it once by hand as I felt the spin cycle of my washer would not handle the substantial weight of this rug when it’s wet

Love the Gorilla Bath mat! The mat feels safe and secure for wet feet because of a thick backing and absorbs well with a cozy feel. The color is exactly as advertised to match bathroom decor. Would definitely buy again!
