This collar that I purchased in 2019 was broken by my wonderful husband, who tends to be a bull in a china shop! I bought a replacement in 2021, and just recently purchased the same exact collar for our new puppy in January 2024. I felt the same for this collar purchased in 2019, and since it was broken due to human error, I'd like to emphasize that I replaced it with the same EXACT collar, and it's still going strong. I just didn't want to confuse or mislead anyone with my review. UDATED REVIEW FROM 1 FEBRUARY 2024: I bought this exact same collar (except in gold) for my cat THREE YEARS AGO, and it still looks brand-new!!! I have a new yellow Labrador retriever puppy, she's 9 1/2 weeks old in the pictures above and quite small for her age. I bought this collar in small, and another collar (in gold to match the cat.....the gold was unavailable in small) in medium, because I know she won't be in this collar for long. (This will be a mixed review, and I'll copy this for an update for the three year old collar.) 1) The inside of the collar is a VERY SOFT fleece-type material in light gray. My cat is very comfortable with collar. We had tried three other collars for her that claimed they were extra soft, and a) they weren't!, b) one created dry, flaky skin, c) two had DISCOLORED her fur, and finally, d) the two that discolored her fur, also created bald spots were the collar lay! There's not one stone missing on the three year old collar, and that's pretty impressive! Especially since my cat loves to rough house! The stones are NOT SET IN PRONGS! They're in a bezel-type setting, and each stone has its own setting. I've attached an up close photo of the collar to show the setting, in addition to a photo of the back of my cat to show how it's looking after three years! My cat, Sophie is an indoor cat, and the ONLY time she's not wearing her collar is when she gets a bath. So, the collar gets taken off about once a month. The collar is a little stiff upon arrival, but very quickly conforms to the shape of your pet's neck. My puppy, Sadie, has had her collar about 4 days, and the collar has already become quite pliable. The fleece inside Sophie's collar has not worn out, nor has it degraded over the years. I especially like how the fleece hasn't become frayed. I hate getting a real pretty collar, only to have the material on the inside to become frayed and start peeking out over the edges. It takes away from the aesthetics. The D-loop to attach a leash is VERY STURDY. I'm currently leash training Sadie, and that D-loop is getting a good workout! The loop for the pet tags are also quite sturdy. Sophie has on 2 tags (rabies tag & I.D. tag), the tag loop also has retained its coloring. The larger rhinestone pendant is very sturdy, and if you're worried about the stone coming out & becoming a choking hazard, don't. The stone is enclosed in a cage-type setting and is very secure. There has been some discoloration with the pendant's cage. I think it's probably from the where Sophie's tags rub up against it, and also maybe from where the metal has oxidized. The gold color didn't flake off, which I was relieved, since I certainly wouldn't want my animal to accidentally ingest some metallic paint. My one & only complaint? They don't come in larger sizes for larger dogs! PLEASE start making larger sizes! We know that Sadie will be a considerably smaller sized Lab. I'm hoping that the medium will stay with her throughout adulthood, but I'm not too optimistic about that. Bottom line: this is hands down THE BEST pet collar out there! ESPECIALLY if you're wanting to get some "bling" for your pet. I'm one of those pet owners that refer to my animals as my "fur babies", I make & can their own food (especially with all of the contaminated and unhealthy pet food on the market!), and take my animals to the vet at the drop of a dime if needed. I'm a human nurse, and very much into preventive care for my animals & my family. Yes, I'm one of "those" pet owners! Lol! I've already purchased the Medium sized collar for when Sadie out grows this one. Simply put, this is a very high quality pet collar that is at a shockingly low price! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! And I'll definitely buy it again if it ever wears out!

Very pretty but too big for my fur baby

I would have said five but it looks used. The metal on the jewels area is banged up. Definitely looks like someone placed an old jewelry piece on a new collar. It's too small for my pup. I'd have to order a larger size. I would never recommend this collar for a cat. For it isn't a break away collar. Break away collars are amazing because sometimes cats do weird things and then lose their collars. If they didn't lose them they could've been strangled by something silly.

Gorgeous, sturdy, well made

It’s a nice little necklace. I especially like the little dangling clear stone. Matching leash pretty Cheney but it will be ok. My mini Hilden Doodle makes anything look great

It is bright, nothing has come off. My cat actually enjoys this collar. It doesn't pull hair or pinches her. Been on for months the only time it has came off was when she crawled under the seat of my car going to vet. But I don't have it on a tight fit around her neck

Collar is very pretty and sparkly. So far durable I’ve I purchased 2 gold for my Shiraz’s it’s been about 2 weeks now no stones came off and there very comfortable for your dog or cat. Happy with my purchase oh and affordable.

Ich kann nicht mehr aufhören meine wunderschöne Katze mit diesem traumhaften Halsband anzuschauen und stehe, obwohl ich selber kaum Schmuck trage, kurz davor mir dieses als Armband zu bestellen. Es wäre aufgrund des Designs prädestiniert als Schmuck für die Oper oder am Armgelenk einer Braut. Gold-/silberfarben, strassbesetzt funkelnd mit edlem Straßsteinanhänger, alles in hervorragend solider Machart. Aufgrund der hochwertigen einzelnen Elemente und des unglaublich günstigen Preises habe ich mir das wunderschöne Halsband sehr genau angeschaut und bin erstaunt! Ich glaube nach meiner eigenen Einschätzung, daß es aufgrund der enorm guten Qualität, Materialien und Fertigung sehr langlebig ist. Alle einzelnen Ringe sind so solide gearbeitet, daß man sie nicht mal öffnen könnte um andere Elemente einzufügen. Grandios! Das Innenfutter besteht aus feinem samtartigen Material. Die einzelnen Strafsteine sind sehr solide eingesetzt und ich glaube nicht, daß sie ausfallen werden im Laufe der Zeit. Tolles Produkt, daß mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen zugesendet wurde in solider Verpackung. Vielen Dank meinem stolzen Träger "Muckie". Er sieht aus wie der "Prinz von Persia"!

Good quality and beautiful collar

Habe zwei schwarze Halsbänder für meine Neva Masquarades bestellt und sahen auch absolut super aus allerdings haben sie die ein oder anderen Steinchen schnell gelöst und die obere, schwarze Schickt bröckelt so langsam weg. Die Zwei hatten die Halsbänder nur zwischendrin mal an, also nicht dauerhaft getragen, denke dann wären sie noch wesentlich schneller benutzt worden..Schade, denn diese Halsbänder waren wirklich schick mit dem Bling und haben bei meinen weißen Katern schon was hergemacht.
