Can I purchase 2 of the attachable wheels that swivel (not fixed) separately?

did not have my box long when i broke a wheel the company who make the box will not sell you any wheels so had to search internet for some which was quite difficult in the end had to buy 4 wheels

With the wheels off, are these stackable?

I managed to stack mine but not without a problem or 2. Not the best quality cabinet to be honest be aware
