This was an amazing cream to use for a first timer getting a tattoo. I lather this on my arm and wrapped in plastic wrap an hour before appointment time. And I never once felt the needle of the tattoo gun. Definitely recommended.

When he first started to tattoo me i had to ask if he had started because i didn’t feel a thing. After about an hour it did start to wear off

I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible. I put it on two hours prior to my tattoo session as recommended. Ten minutes, 30 minutes, 90 minutes later and at no point did it feel even a teeny numb. I applied it to my lower back, forearm and face so three different areas and it didn’t work a stitch for any. I rubbed it in, slopped more on top then wrapped the area in plastic wrap so I did all the things. ZILCH. A complete waste of my money and it wasn’t cheap either. Oh and the best part? No refund or credit. Booooo!

This cream works so good. Best advice is to really clean the area from anything else you may have on it and apply evenly. I dont do pain, this really works when you apply it correctly. It is not greasy and does last a good while

I don't know why I am so anxious with getting blood drawn. It doesn't make sense the anxiety I go through. If that is you, then this cream is for you. For me - it numbed the skin totally and I didn't feel the needle at all - not even a little. It helped me tremendously. Be sure to use it at least an hour before, and make sure you use a lot and wrap it in plastic wrap to keep it soaking in your skin.

I use this as numbing cream for my face prior to microneedling procedure. It works great! Will order again.

I bought this for tattoo removal on my stomach and could not believe how well this worked! Apply an hour before you need it, wrap the area with plastic wrap, and wipe off when ready. I still felt a little pain but nothing compared to how it feels without Zensa! 10/10 would recommend.

I didn't give this full stars because it definitely doesn't numb for as long as it says (2-3 hours after removal). It did numb me to the point when I got my tattoo all I felt for a bit was the vibration of the tattoo machine. I did find out that you can reapply even on broken skin (zensa has a different formula than most numbing creams so doing this isn't dangerous) so I'll be doing that for my next appointment.
