Honestly, I could sit with this little machine attached to me all day long. I've been suffering from some neck pain that's gone down into my shoulder, and my doctor recommended a personal TENS unit. I gotta say, this little machine has exceeded all my expectations. It delivers really good electric pulses, the different modes are perfect for targeting pain, and I've had it on for over an hour total since I got it and the battery hasn't budged from full. The pads are sticky but don't leave any residue on my skin, and for the first time in weeks, my neck and shoulders are feeling better when not even Advil would touch the pain. I think this will also work when my husband's calf muscles feel tight or when he's got that stubborn lower back pain.

I have several older TENS units. I like the charging function on this unit. It is smaller also. There are multiple programs to try to dial into which one gives the proper pain relief. The intensity range is pretty wide so you can go as soft or as hard as you like.

Effective and easy to use.

I wasn’t expecting much from a little handheld TENS unit, but this thing surprised me. It’s simple to set up, the pads stick well, and the modes actually feel different instead of all blending together. The three TENS settings give me options depending on what kind of flare I’m having...a soft, steady one for sensitive days, a deeper “fist” style pulse when the pain sits under the muscle, and a sharper acupuncture‑style tap that hits those stubborn knots that I get. The RELAX mode is nice. After a few minutes of TENS, switching to the relaxing pattern helps everything settle instead of staying clenched. I like that I can use just one wire when I’m heading out, and it’s still effective without feeling bulky or complicated. The intensity can jump a little if you’re not paying attention, but once you find your level it’s easy to control. The only time it caught me off guard was when one of the modes hit a tight muscle with a sharper pulse...not bad, just surprising. I’ve already recommended this little device to friends and family, and I’ll be getting another one soon because it’s genuinely helped me a lot with my tight muscles. I've also used it for an hour and battery still at full volume. Overall, it’s portable, strong, and actually helpful for managing tension and flare‑ups. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it.

Compact and powerful. My right side lower back is painful when walking or standing. This helps manage the pain in my 83 year old back when walking for exercise.

Works well and relieves back muscle spasm pain. Easy to use. Many different modes and intensities. Timer is nice. Would highly recommend.

I bought this because I had a knee replacement and I was having the shock therapy during my rehab rehabilitation, but after my rehabilitation, I still wanted to continue the shock therapy around the joint because it helped with the pain so much and I wanted to be able to continue it when I was at home after therapy. Did I say therapy? Lol I also use it for sore muscles whenever I do experience that but it does work awesome as many different modes and the two different size pads work fantastic it does exactly like it says in the information. On some of the modes, some of the shockwaves feel kind of stingy if you set it too high but all in all it works really well. Really helped me out after my knee replacement. I am seven months out after surgery now and I still use it still working terrific.
