Good reads - ‘how to eat elephant and be cockroach’
Thanks Chetan, another good book. Enjoyed reading and felt motivated specially read ut with my daughter. One pointer: felt like it’s more for teenager & college students.

Full of inaccuracies and misinformation
This book is very poorly researched and written. It MAY be okay for those just starting out on a wellness or self-improvement journey, but there is A LOT of over simplified misinformation in here. Chetan clearly does not know what he is talking about when it comes to how the human body/brain works, nor does he have a whiff of knowledge on physical fitness. Maybe it gets better but I couldn't get pass page 54 due to his inaccuracies. I would return it if it weren't a gift, and I don't have a receipt. It'll probably serve best as kindling as I won't be passing it on.

If you are a fan of Chetan - you will love this book. He’s given each rule with a story in the self help / guidance tool.

Title: A Refreshing Guide to Life! I recently finished reading "11 Rules of Life," and I must say, it’s an incredibly interesting and insightful self-help book! The author presents practical wisdom in a way that feels relatable and engaging. Each rule offers valuable lessons that are easy to understand and apply in everyday life. What I appreciate most is how the book encourages self-reflection and personal growth. Each chapter is filled with thought-provoking ideas that resonate deeply. I found myself taking notes and thinking about how I can incorporate these rules into my own life. If you’re looking for a book that inspires positive change and motivates you to be your best self, I highly recommend "11 Rules of Life." It’s not just a read; it’s an experience that can help you navigate life’s challenges with a fresh perspective. I truly enjoyed it!
