I will say I had a very difficult time getting my blood to drop properly (or bleed at all). But thats normal for me. I didn’t exactly what they said and sent it off to never hear back from them. I finally got in touch through email and only got a run around. They first said my address didn’t match but that was cleared up. I waited for another week only this time for them to tell me they lost my sample and they couldn’t refund me bc I bought it on Amazon and Amazon told me to contact everylwell needless to say I am out of $100 and no results.
