Just like the PQ!
I got this for my BF we love the PQ recipes and wondered where she got the giant noodles she uses, I still don't know but this was close

Awesome texture and flavor
Needed about 10-15 minutes to get to al-dente because our largest pot was not large enough.

Tasty, Too Thick
I do love and buy thick pasta because it catches and absorbs sauce beautifully. But this is just TOO thick for the fork. Even cooking I had to commit a high crime and break it in half because it was not bend into the boiling water. Quality is excellent.
