Broken connection inside the toilet
My toilet leaked and flooded the house. The plumber stated it needed to be replaced. I don’t know how to contact the customer service.

Great toilet!
Wonderful flush and bidet action. Easy to keep clean. Does everything but grunt for you! Only problem is incomplete user manual / difficult to understand...needs better translation. Installing was quick and straightforward.

UPDATE: seller/manufacturer non responsive and issues with product can't be fixed.
UPDATE: after 1 year of use the toilet seat started having light blue areas and decolorating, and after multiple attempts to contact the seller/manufacturer to buy a replacement part, I received no response. I didn't think that I was going to need to replace the whole thing every year or so... and if that's the case, the cost is super expensive, and it just doesn't make sense. I'd prefer to buy something with local presence / service / support. Original opinion: Options are great and the price is great. I love the option to operate it just with my foot! Remote control is very easy to use and almost no need to use it since operation with the foot and also the knob is so easy.
