What does it smell like? I’m looking for no fragrance. Does it leave your hair dry?

It has a mild fragrance. It has a very light flowery scent. I have very fine naturally curly hair, that I tend to blow dry straight. I use the shampoo and conditioner neither dry out my hair

Is this good for fine hair ?

It's expensive for the amount of product you receive! I have fine hair and it doesn't work the miracles I'd think it would for the price.

No it isn't a leave in conditioner

Do you rinse Gemstone conditoner out of hair

I do, though this conditioner is so lightweight and doesn't weigh down your hair that I imagine it would be fine if you used a small amount as leave-in conditioner. Also, the smell tends to dissipate after you rinse, so it probably would help maintain it's nice scent. :)
