To apply Shade Stix, twist off the wand, swipe on your color(s), and brush through with the built-in comb. You can also mix and match colors!

How long does it last in my hair?

Shade Stix are completely temporary! Color washes out in the shower with one shampoo.

Will it work on my darker hair?

Yes! One of the best parts of Shade Stix is that the color payoff is extremely bright on dark hair. Yay for all the brunettes!

Will shade sticks leave any residue after I shampoo my hair?

It’s not likely. If you have super light or pre-bleached hair, you may need to shampoo your hair twice but rest assured our formula is completely temporary and contains no hair dye.
