Can the clip be removed?

If you are talking about the clip that is at the top of the pen, than no you can not remove it.

Can you replace the ink?

Sorry dear, this pen set has no refills currently. Thanks for your support.

Do these come with refills ink?

No, they do not come with refills.

Are these the same as the Writetech Up Gel version?

Yes they are almost identical to the .5mm Witech Up gel pens. I thought these would turn out to be flimsy pens but they are not.
