Alternate Heating Method: Submerge pack without sleeve in pot of water. Pack cannot touch bottom of pot. Bring water to boil, remove from heat, and keep submerged for 1-2 Minutes. Test pack temperature before application. If desired temperature is not reached, submerge for one additional minute. Place packs in sleeves before using.

Can the hot or cold breast therapy pack can be heated in hot water on a hob. I don't have a micro wave .

Hot water should work. In fairness I found a wheat pack better for heat. And a gel ice pack for cooling.
