I use this on my knees ands wrists for support, with that comes pain relief for me. I think it is a value for the money. It doesn't smell and doesn't leave a residue when removed. It doesn't restick but does last over 24 hours.

There are all kinds of tape sold for runners - and other athletes - to use for areas of pain or minor injury. This product is superior to me. I've used various Phiten products over the years all with good results in minimizing pain and allowing for movement. I am 70+ yo and a runner - marathons, 10Ks, etc. I have both ankle tendinitis and plantar fasciitis in varying degrees. Using this tape on the base of my foot or wrapped around an ankle very much helps me when running and after if I want to keep it on. I've also used it along my quads and hamstrings a couple of times in races and it produces a similar result. I recommend the tape for reduction of injury pain and protection to the extent it can help you when you run a race or engage in other forms of strenuous exercise.

The best way to found out is to try it yourself. These things, like aspirin works differently on people. It did, somewhat, work on me.

Phiten tape is my friend. I have had a lot of sports injuries, construction site injuries, etc. Over 20 or so years ago I started using this tape and it still works for me. I recommend those with moderate muscle, ligament and tendon pain to try it once to make certain it works for you before buying too much of it. Some folks I gave some to said it didn't work "as expected"....

This is very good fir my knees. I take it off on Friday and reapply on Monday before going to work

I have always had faith in Phiten products over the years so I decided to give the tape a try on my weakening arthritic thumb joint. It is truly amazing! My thumb is no longer weak nor does it hurt when doing normal tasks. I cut it to size and place it around the joint along with a bandage to help keep the tape on throughout the day. After using it for several days, I no longer need to wear it daily. I am again a true believer in Phiten.

I used to buy this tape before it disappeared from Amazon. This time around the tape is different - much thinner in comparison to the pieces I still have. It is harder to remove. On top, the back tape has now grid of 5cm step, not like before 1cm and 5cm.
