THE BEST WIRE
This wire is exactly as stated on the label. Proper gauge? Surprisingly, yes. (I've ordered several sizes of this specific wire. I'm going to keep ordering it, too.) Silicon jacket? Ultra Flexible? High Temp? ABSOLUTELY! Of the highest quality - I regularly expose this jacketing to actual soldering temperatures, and it discolors momentarily. That's it. No melt, no shrink, no embrittling. It's even printed properly. The conductor itself is of superb quality - flexible, straight, properly grouped, solders readily, crimps without splitting. The only downside is that I've now been spoiled, and I'm never going to buy another kind of wire again so I really hope they don't take advantage of that. (Jokes.) Bottom line - I use wire for my profession. I use wire for my hobbies. If you're looking for the best wire you've ever used, this is probably it -- and if it's not, I want to hear about it. Buy with confidence. PSA - if you'd like to avoid the strands fraying on this wire, use a soldering iron to tin the nub poking out of the silicon jacketing after cutting to length but BEFORE stripping the jacketing. It'll give a nice round little bead, and the solder will keep the strands in line for through-hole or crimp terminal insertion. This one only works with silicon jacket wire, folks.

Fine strands silicone cover
Silicone outer and very fine strands of tinned copper. Flexible feels like quality wire.

Would love options for wire strand gauge.
I used this for chassis wiring inside a coffee machine. The high heat scenario necessitated a silicone insulated wire, but the super-flexibility was not actually a benefit in this case. It worked fine, but it would be great if an option existed for solid core / semi-flexible / ultra-flexible. In particular, the super fine strands are prone to breakage when stripping the insulation, as well as when crimping connectors. Using a larger gauge wire for the strands would still allow some flexibility, while making it easier to route, strip, and crimp.

Resistant to heat
I recently purchased this kit of multi-colored silicone wires because I had a specific project in mind that required a variety of colors for the wiring. What I find particularly impressive about these wires is their heat resistance, especially when it comes to soldering. As someone who enjoys DIY projects, I'm always looking for ways to simplify the process and improve the quality of the final product. I'm quite surprised that more DIY enthusiasts haven't discussed the benefits of silicone wires more often, as the fact that the sheath doesn't melt during soldering is a huge advantage, eliminating a common frustration for many makers. Even stripping the wires is easier, although some times you have be careful depending on the strippers used.

Flexible, durable, and color-coded convenience
Great wires if you need flexibility and have limited space in your enclosure. Lots of wires with different colors, very handy, Solid value pack.

Great assortment of quality wire.
This pack of wire had nearly every color that I needed for a project I was working on. The 16 AWG was true to size and had a nice sturdy jacket and strong copper strands. I used some for control wiring and some for a lighting circuit and everything worked great. My DIY golf cart build looks professional due to the high quality of these wires. They came packaged in a nice zippered pouch with a hook and loop cable tie which really bumps up their appearance factor. I'll be buying another package to keep on hand for future projects.

Terrific collection of colors! Perfect for my project!
I bought this wire kit for my Ghostbusters Proton Pack project. I needed a vast color assortment of wires and this kit was perfect. I used some wires for the non functioning aesthetic parts. I also used some for the internal functional electronics. It is very flexible. I can attest that it looks and functions good!

Good quality multi-coloured high-temperature flexible cable suitable for test leads. The wire is 18AWG, which is 0.75 square mm, so is OK for continuous currents of up to 6A.

Super Silikon-Kabel, bislang keine Einwände

The insulation does not back off from heat when soldering. The wire sucks solder like a paper towel absorbs water. These 18 AWG wires are the real deal. Fantastic cable for high heat, high-temperature vacuum tube projects where 400 and 500 volts DC are common, plus the heat from the valves. I highly recommend these wires. Better than I expected from Amazon.

Bought these for speaker wire for new speakers but size was too small (my fault). Seems good enough if it is thickness you require.
