I absolutely love this for my son. He is starting to stand on his own & I wanted to get him something that he could learn to pull himself up while he plays independently and these definitely do the job. These helped my child pull themselves up from sitting. They easily fit to the playpen. The functionality makes it easy for a baby to see and grab. They don’t pull of easily so I would say they are safe.
