The Gray Cables are 70-80lbs per the cable labeling
There wasn't a listing of how much resistance the cables were, so I went with the Heavy (gray) cables. I got them very quickly, they are SKLZ branded and the cables themselves say they are 70-80 lbs resistance. Compared to an older 70lb cable that I have, my estimation is that these new gray ones are closer to 80lbs resistance, but that could be due to the age of the older cable.

EXACTLY WHAT IT IS
WAS LOOKING FOR STRONGER/HEAVIER BANDS FOR MY WORKOUT AND THIS ONE DID THE TRICK. I HAVE THE SKLZ HANDLES ALREADY SO THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKIG FOR.

ハンドル別売り。
ハンドルは別売りなので気を付けてください。 チューブだけですと、トレーニングは難しいです。 色によって強度が違うので気を付けてください。 チューブトレーニングは種類が豊富なので youtubeなのでまずは調べてみてください。 自己流だと難しいと思いますので。 個人的にはスクワット時に重宝しています。
