Amazing value
Heavy! This is the perfect addition, and the next step for me with slam balls. Arrived within the time frame but delivered to a random neighbour! Packaged really well, and looks amazing. Cannot wait to get going with it. Really good value for price, with tyre track grip allowing easy handling and cleaning.

Great ball - filled with sand.
I bought a 12KG Slam Ball back in January and have been using it weekly ever since. It's a great ball, but worth noting it's filled with sand, so depending on what moves you are doing, you can become unbalanced as the sand moves. But it just makes you work harder. One thing I didn't consider when deciding on what weight to buy was there are no handles, so your grip on the ball is completely different to that of a dumbbell or kettlebell. I was consistently using a 12.5kg dumbbell in the gym, so I thought a 12kg slam ball would be fine. But it was actually much harder, due to needing to have a flat hand grip, rather than a fist grip. I persevered, adapted some moves and accepted I wouldn't be able to do others and I've got on with it really well. It's pushed me to be better and now I can manage the weight really well. But it's wortg considering a slightly lighter weight than you think. Overall, really pleased and would buy again.

Excellent exercise product
Bought this to use for some exercise at home. I was delighted with the quality of the product, the materials seem durable and long lasting which will help me achieve exercise benefits long term. The weight is true to description, I did weigh it on my scales.

Good quality exercise ball
My fitness class has these and I wanted one for home workouts. Very pleased with it, very sturdy construction with excellent grip and zero bounce. I use it outdoors on the patio and after several month's use it shows no sign of wear or damage. Highly recommended
