Instead of fixing my car's actual problems, I bought this. And I have no regrets. Right after ordering, I got an email that said, "There was a problem with your order," but it turned out to just be letting me know my order was split into two packages, with tracking links for both. They both showed up on time. As for the speaker and amp quality, it sounds amazing and gets seriously loud once you get the settings right. It's not shake-the-whole-neighborhood loud, but you will feel it inside your car, and annoy people outside of it. I haven't installed the capacitor yet, and honestly, it sounds perfectly fine without it, so if you're on a budget, you could definitely skip it and go with the cheaper kit. One tip for other subwoofer noobs: the kit doesn't include everything you might need. I had to order a line-output converter separately so I could connect it to my car's stock stereo, because it doesn't have an RCA jack output (some aftermarket stereos might have it already). Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase. It totally transformed my car audio.

So weird everytime I try to read the critical comments I can o lyrics scroll so far till it jumps to another page saying sorry cant find reviews. You can see there's more. I can only see a few. My story is I took these to a place to install them and they wouldnt do it cuz the wire wasn't the right size and just said. Return these and come back. I assumed they wanted me to buy from them but I looked into it and the wire isnt the correct gauge. I read reviews way after Amazon thankfully refunded me. They let me keep them too. Scared to put them in so trying to read about it to see if I can get correct wiring and whatnot. Also the shop that I took it to said the capacitor is useless I dont need it. Maybe they were gonna keep it and sell it idk.

I got this box in my Durango and trust me you feel the Bass. Everything you need to hook it up was in the box. I added another speaker on top of it for some extra sound and I'm loving the setup . You can't beat this all around price that comes with it.

So I purchased these subwoofers to hold me over while I am having a custom box with subs built specifically for my truck, even though these are not permanent for me I will say I am quite impressed how hard these subs hit and sound. You honestly can’t go wrong with this set up, they hit hard enough that my neighbor can hear them. They look sweet, have great performance and are completely functional for most vehicles. Definitely recommend.

Helped my son install it. I would have liked a bit more detailed instructions (for the 1st time installers out there). Especially for the capacitor, but we figured it out with the help of Reddit & Google and the Ford forums. There was generally enough wire and the connectors could have been better sized for the wire size (or maybe instruction for where each goes for us newbies), but overall a fairly easy install. We had to buy a wiring harness ($56) to connect to the factory radio (which was a little bit of a nightmare to find for a 2011 Ford Escape). Everything else fell into place fairly well. It sounds good, but I'm 54 who's never had a sub in any of my cars, and I have bad hearing, so my opinion on that is kinda moot. My 16yr old is happy, so there's that.

Very very very worth it if it’s your first sub installation, great bass, easy setup( if you do some research) and overall amazing experience all the way around.

Great but forgot the amp and bass control waiting to hear back from the seller.heard back from seller within half hour an The amp showed up a day later. Everything looks great cant wait to hook it up!

These things are crazy and they bump my whole car shakes and I can feel them vibrating
