These noodles are delicious, and easy to make! They're priced well for being organic too. I've searched everywhere for decently priced organic rice noodles, and I'm so happy to have found these. Some of these types of noodles end up tasting or feeling like cardboard in my mouth, but these were perfect. Highly recommend.

So tasty! I used these with a pork curry dish and everyone loved them. Just wish I had realized that there were wrappers around the noodles, inside the bag before I dumped them into the boiling water!

Delicious and authentic noodles. Cook very quickly in under 5 minutes. I thought they were pricey at first but the 3 pack lasted me a few months with regular use. It has 3 servings in one pack but one of those can be easily split into two.

In theory, I should love these - they’re gluten free and organic, and should be perfect for any noodle dish. I ordered these for a Thai style crispy beef and noodles dinner. Maybe I didn’t cook them correctly, but they ended up being a sloppy, sticky mess of congealed noodles. I will try again some other time, but the texture wasn’t great. The taste and packaging, along with the ingredients are great - just poor texture unfortunately.
