GREAT game
I'm a big fan of Columbia Games' block war games such as Julius Caesar. This one (Crusader Rex) follows most of the same basic rules, in an historically rich setting (the Levant during the 3rd Crusade). Fun siege rules, knight charges, harrying (for light cavalry), and other period-appropriate rules that I'm still getting a handle on. I think this one will be a keeper.
