So far working well and fixed the leak with the new rubber grommet included. This is a straight forward diy repair, if you’re OK pulling out the machine from inside the cabinet which means disconnecting water supply and drain lines (which are filled with water so be ready with towels and rags).

Direct fit and direct replacement. My motor was fine still but the seal had started leaking. This new motor came with a seal. Went ahead and put the new motor in since I had to take the old one out to change the seal.

Not bad for a $20 fix. Better get on YouTube for the DIY if you've never wrenched on a dishwasher. Very easy install once you know what to look for. Turns out my motor was still good but the seal was blown out, which caused a fast leak. Makes me wanna take a 2nd look at abandoned dishwashers on the curb in the future😂!!!

As others have noted, the included seal for the shaft is the wrong size (too small) and doesn't seal the opening, allowing water to leak through rapidly. But so far the motor assembly seems to be working fine. I ordered a 4 pack of the orange W10195677 seals so I would have spares. These are .65in diameter instead of .6in like the one included.

Was given a whirlpool dishwasher had to cost brand new over a grand. I found out that the diverter motor was bad went on Amazon found it for just under $17 had it in the next day put it in perfect fit. It was only two screws and two clips and there was fixed after that I swear to God it could take the rust off of a Cadillac if you could fit it in there great part great fit great seller 4+ stars if you ever doubted it, give it a shot try it. I found out that some people who only rate things one star I would rate thing at four stars because I’ve never had a problem with them, and this would definitely be one of them

I gave this a 1 star because the seal leaks. The only issue I had was that the original seal leaked. And after reading several reviews, some suggested that the divertor motor shaft was warn on their washer. So I found this with the seal and motor. Great deal, or so I thought. It leaked worse taht the OEM seal. It appears that the motor works. However, I didn't run the dishwasher for an entire cycle. But you can hear that the motor was working. The seal grommet that comes with the kit leaks. You must buy the replacement grommet to ensure that the motor spindle will seal water and not leak.

I noticed recently that my Whirlpool dishwasher was not cleaning on the top rack. I ran it through several cycles and opening the door periodically to check it. I noticed the top wash arm was not spraying the dishes. I concluded that the diverter motor was broke. It was an easy repair, two screws to remove and two wire harness’ to unplug. About a 5 minute repair. The availability of these parts makes for an economical repair versus having to buy a new dishwasher. I would recommend this product.

The part was identical to the original. That's good........and bad. I am perfectly happy with this seller, prompt, well packaged but the issue I have is with the design and quality of the dishwasher overall. This part was identical to original, ......... under engineered and far too wimpy to last more than a year or two. The machine is up and working again but for how long this time. I have been throwing parts at it for a few years now. I keep saying "this is the last part I'm dumping into this dishwasher".
