I used this mount for a long time before getting a magnetic one and it worked perfectly. Didn't fall during the drive so safety was great. It was compact and goes on the vent. It's a nice design and very professional looking. It grips your phone really well and releases easily. It's super easy to use.

This thing actually worked in my car, I am so impressed thus far! Rapid shipping, ease of installation was simple, very durable and the clamp was very tight. Just have to be careful when I’m not damage the vent.

First off, it holds my phone. So it does what it says on the tin. However, attaching the holder to the vent forces the vent slats downward, tilting the phone down as well. And if you use the rotating ball thingy to try and position your phone facing upward, it will inevitably drift downward so that your phone screen is facing the floor as well, which is not great when you're driving and using maps. Grip has been an issue: on two occasions my phone fell out of the mount while I was driving. So on the whole, I'm not impressed. Update: I've realized that the phone drifting in the holder is due to the "ball thingy" not being tight enough. The other points still stand, but it doesn't seem right to rate the product poorly because of user error. I've increased my rating by one star.

I finally found a phone holder that stays where I put it. I like that even after this holder is attached, I can move the phone into different positions for the best viewing. Very easy to remove the phone from the holder with just a push of a button.

Very sturdy. It clamps and releases the phone quickly and securely holds the phone in place. My only option was for a vent mount phone holder and this mount worked perfectly. The twist lock vent clip is much better than spring loaded clips and securely holds the mount in place in all driving conditions.

Holds my phone perfectly. Love that it has a support at the bottom as well, for larger, heavier phones. Love that there's a quick release button on the side. Easy to mount and very sturdy. Good quality. Bought another 2: one for my daughter and another for my husband.
