This device looks great (I have the black one) and the build quality is very very good (for the money), solid without being heavy. The fans work really well at all speeds and do the job perfectly - their power is certainly fit for purpose. It does not cool the air, but recycles the surrounding air, having said that I feel if the air was any cooler it would be irritating. The fan noise is noticeable, but at the lowest speed you could easily have a conversation and watch/listen to tv/radio/music. I have only used this for relatively short periods of time (10-15mins), as I actually found I was sufficiently cooled - but may use it again as I need it - however it is light enough to wear for longer. I haven’t run the fans to battery exhaustion as I charge it regularly (I understand there should be no problem with battery longevity). You get a charging cable but no charging plug. All in all I am delighted!

First one I ordered arrived and was clearly second hand. It was used, no packaging and no charger. It wouldn’t charge either so I returned it. The seller sent me another one very quickly and refunded me for the first one making the second one free. It’s been a godsend. I use it for work and for the gym and for any time I feel hot whilst at home. It can be a little noisy - that doesn’t bother me just annoys my husband haha. One things that’s worth mentioning is every time I remove it from my neck it pulls my hair (which is usually up in a ponytail). IT HURTS! Never the less the benefits far out way this. I would certainly recommend. Super quick to fully charge and it holds it charge. In fact the battery hasn’t fully died yet and as previously mentioned I use it daily. It’s also worth mentioning it sits very comfortably on my neck and has never fallen off even when I’m at the gym. So much better than the first ever one I ordered which I had to secure with an elastic band. In my opinion this is a must have item - it instantly cools me down!

If you are expecting an ice box feeling around your neck during the hottest of days, they you may be a little disappointed. But I am not saying this fan is rubbish. So what am I sayimg? I am saying that I expected a little bit more... maybe too much. The fan is easy to use. It gets noisier the higher the setting is but that's managable. There are different power levels and I feel that the cooling effect could have and should have been greater. The size is a good size and it is flexible. I would say that this is 3.5 stars out of 5. Not bad, but not brilliant.

Jedynym minusem dla mnie jest zbyt głośna praca silniczkow wentylatora, na początku nawet zastanawiałam się czy nie dokonać zwrotu urządzenia, ale używając pierwszy stopień nawiewu gdy są przerwy w pracy - potrafilo mnie przekonac do tego sprzętu. Jest bardzo wygodny, lekki, i można nakierowac nawiew poprzez wygięcie łuku który jest elastyczny . Polecam na upał - wiaterek na nos i twarz , również w czasie ćwiczeń , jazdy na rowerze itp. 🙂👍

De neck fan is mij goed bevallen. Ik werk in de zorg en dan is het prettig om op deze manier in elk geval mijn hoofd koel te houden. Op stand 1 kan ik degene die ik verzorg, nog goed verstaan en toch voel ik de koelte in m’n gezicht. Wat ik ook heel fijn vind, is dat hij enigszins flexibel is zodat ik de stand van blazers ook kan verstellen. M’n collega’s waren verrast dat er zoiets dergelijks bestaat en vonden het een uitkomst voor in de zorg en voor m’n schoonmoeder moet ik er ook 1 bestellen.

Refresca mas de lo k esperaba. Saca un poco de ruido pero lo importnte en esos momentos es kitar el calor y va perfecto. No pesa nada y se acomoda muy bien. La bateria dura mucho. Un dia de calor sin problema.
