Loved these bottles I have two but now they will not squeeze anything out. I have moved to lock and unlock.

Sometimes if the bottle is full of Ice cubes it is harder to squeeze. Rotate the bottle a little, there is kind of a sweet spot for squeezing.

Can these bottles be kept in the freezer?

I have not tried it but I expect you can freeze your drink though I recommend not filling the bottle up to the top to allow for expansion and lay it at in angle so you can top it off with your beverage of choice. A fully frozen bottle would take a long time to melt.
