Can you use this as regular watch after completely done with potty training? Like to actually tell the time?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the watch can be used as regular watch after potty training. Have a great day.

My sons watch will not charge. We were able to charge it on the first use but now it will not charge.

If you didn't have it very long then return it. I had the same issue. Since it doesn't take long to charge and lasts a long time, this time I'm only going to charge it for a couple hours and unplug it. I read somewhere on a similar watch that you have to ONLY charge it for 2 hours or they stop working. I'm not sure this is the case but it's worth a shot.

The watch died completely and now the looping timer is gone. I can’t find any way to contact the seller to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?

We were having the same issue, and I literally just figured it out. If you hold down the button while the watch screen is blank it'll bring up the Cd option.

How do you set the time???

Thank you for your question. Follow the below steps to set the time: 1) Press button A - 1 time and time will be displayed. 2) 24 hour or 12 hour clock setting will blink. Long Press button A on the setting of your choice. 3) Adjust the time by short & long presses of button A and then set AM/PM. 4) Long press button A – to confirm the time set
