These are fantastic! My rescue keeps having accidents but at least he's learned to go on these. I also use these as a covering to keep my rug a little cleaner. Before washing (if there's no urine), I shake the fur off outside and most actually comes off. I was very surprised since this has a fleece covering, which hair usually sticks to. It's a comfortable surface for both me and my dog to sit on. He carries most treats and toys to it to lay on while chewing and often naps on it even though his bed is only a foot away and his crate it in the same room. It looks decent, doesn't slide around much (despite lots of rolling when my dog is itchy), and I am grateful for the gray color. Most importantly, this absorbs well and I have not had any leaks despite at least 7 accidents and many washes over the couple of months I have had them. It doesn't all absorb at once though, so be careful picking it up if there's a puddle. However, I actually like this because it gives me a chance to sop up most of it to throw out rather than put in the washing machine. If you maneuver the blanket so the puddle spreads out, though, it will all absorb. They have washed well over the 2 months or so I've had then and I use Nature's Miracle Laundry Boost and/or baking soda with the detergent to neutralize any urine. I did have an issue once where I put a soaked one into the washer but forgot to actually run the cycle for a few days and it took a few washings for the odor to come out. So now I make sure to launder from any accidents the same day (which I prefer amyway for obvious reasons!). I purchased one, then another, and on Prime Day set up an autoship (5% off) for more of these as well as other sizes by the same brand. There were some that were cheaper and looked the same so are probably just sold under a different name as so many things on Amazon are, but I paid a little more to stay with this tried and true brand. I highly recommend these for pets or messy kiddos! Update: I'm still so glad for these and have been using them with a new puppy too. I've noticed that, with the fleece covering, any accidents dry and you don't see them. This is a pro and a con. The con: If you're out for a bit, you can't tell if there was an accident or not. The pro: It looks nicer. I found the flannel-type wee pads stayed flat and in place better with the high energy play of a puppy. They also showed every accident. But I still use these every day and maintain my strong recommendation.

My little Furbaby had to take antibiotics for a UTI and I knew it might cause gastrointestinal issues (Mud Butt ) .I thought I’d better get something bigger and better than the usual puppy pads we use regularly. I looked for a big size and found this . It’s such a generous size , perfect to cover the area in my bed where my lil guy sleeps . The first night was rough , he puked and this pad caught it all . It saved me having puke on my bed . Being in the middle of the night I cleaned up the mess and folded the dirty area over and rolled it up a bit so the dirty part was all gone and only the clean part of the pad was left . The next miring I washed and dried the pad and that went great . Washed up like new . Next 2 days went fine but on day 3 in the middle of the night I heard him get up and the other end of him started having trouble. What a mess !!! It was so bad . Some of it was on the disposable puppy pads but not all on it . Idk what would have if I didn’t have this pad ! Geeze it really performed beyond any expectations I had . The worst of it wiped up so easy . Then in the washer it went and came out clean like nothing happened 6 hrs earlier . My dog is over the worst of it and I’m so thankful I had this to use while the worst side effects were happening. I really would have had to throw away my bed and mattress pad if I had not had this . I’m forever a fan of this puppy /whelping pad . I wish I knew this existed years ago when my kids were little , I know it’s made for animals but it would be fantastic to use for kids too ! For doing arts and crafts or to sit on inside or even outside with coated bottom . I’m seriously considering sending my dad and sister a couple of these for their dogs to sleep on . It had a coupon that took a bit off the total and made it a fair price . Affordable for sure . It shipped faster then it said it would thank goodness and I had it in place when it mattered the most . I will update this review once Iv washed it a bunch and see how it holds up . I feel like Iv gotten my monies worth out of it already but if it lasted a long time thru tons of washings I would not be mad about it at all . It also helped keep My little guy warm . I pushed some of the extra fabric around his body while he was laying down feeling bad and it helped him be warm and comfortable. He usually shares my blanket with me but with him having explosive Diarrhea he had to stay on this and couldn’t share my blanket and I didn’t want him to be cold so I used the pad to keep him warm and it still protected my bed from disaster.

This pee pad is very good. It seems tough enough to stand up to use, and should be easy to wash in a large washer; something like 4.5 cu.ft. or better is my guess. Anyway, it has kept our bed from being peed on so we are happy with this item.

This is basically a thin layer of fleece stitched around the edges over a nonskid, waterproof base layer. It is very thin, soft, and floppy, making it perfect for tossing onto a dog/human bed for your bff to rest on. I don’t think it would be great if your dog has large urine output, but for gi issues that my dog currently has, it works great. Deducting a star bc it had a TERRIBLE and very strong odor that was lessened but still noticeable after washing. Hopefully with more washings the nasty smell fully disappears. Btw, when my 170lb mastiff became occ incontinent of urine, the FXW brand of washable pads was amazing. Those are thick, soft, and the top/filling was quilt stitched. Washed a million times and they are good as new. He peed a ton and the fxw quickly absorbed all of it. These pads would likely just turn into a soggy puddle as there is no absorbent middle layer like the fxw pads have that could actually absorb urine. These feel flimsy and cheaply made in comparison. Time will tell, I guess.

These reusable pee pads are fantastic. I use them daily in a pen I set up for my senior dog, giving him a safe, comfortable space to rest and go potty at night or when I’m not home. I’ve never had issues with leaks or splatter – they absorb fast and lock everything in. I saw another review with great advice to support each side when you pick them up after they've been soiled so that nothing leaks out, and I second that advice. You will be amazed at how much they can hold. I wash the soiled ones daily and hang them to dry, and they dry surprisingly quickly. Even with constant use and frequent washes, they’ve held up well for several months now. I use the 3x3 ft and 3x6 ft sizes, and I layer them so if one shifts, we’re still covered. Highly recommend – reliable, absorbent, and durable. You won’t be disappointed.

Fits perfectly under our puppies play pen. keeps accidents from getting on our floors and easy to clean. I have already washed one and dried it and it held up nicely.

I bought these pads almost one month ago to replace the throw away pee pads I had been using for years with foster puppies. This foster mama and her 6 babies have been putting these reusable pads to the test. Soiled with plenty of peepee and poopoo - I simply wipe off the extra poopoo or shake it off in the yard and the pads go into the washer and dryer. They come out spotless and ready to absorb again. It makes cleaning the puppy space so much easier!!!! Easier for me BUT more sanitary and healthy for them. These pads have lasted almost a month with daily washing and 1 out of 4 had a piece of thread remove from the side but I quickly trimmed and it’s been fine. They have all held up and are like new with constant washing and wear and tear. Highly recommend! Update: all puppies have been adopted and the pads have made it from 3 days to almost 10weeks with our beautiful litter from the humane society. The pads are ready for use again. They have all maintained the same absorbency and no more fraying except for the few extra threads in the beginning. One thing to note is that there is no smell at all that they have retained. Awesome! Update 2: I bought 4 more of these pads. I tried some other brands Amazon BUT they are NOTHING like this brand of pads. Again these are the most absorbent pads and my first set I’ve been washing a year and still works amazing. No odor, soft texture on one side and no-slip on the other. The only time I have had dampness go through is if a water bowl was spilled (that much volume) but never from peepees on the pad. Best pads ever!

I'm giving it 5 stars now because I just got them and they seem pretty good. We'll see.
