Great replacement for sprinkler gauges that have been baking in the sun for years.

I replaced my old gauge with this new one as my old was giving me wrong reading. This one works correctly. Will need to be replaced after 5 years as that is how long they are rated for.

This was to replace a gauge that after 15 years had developed an internal leak and of course turned brown and stopped working. Pulled the old one off, cleared out the pipes, put on new teflon and rotated this one into position. I only wish it were a metal body rather than the plastic body but you can't have everything. Works fine. Its been in place for a few months with no leaks or other internal issues and has been working through 120-170PSI as the water company pressure changes.
