Does this have nanoparticles of zinc oxide?

Our Coppertone products are broad-spectrum sunscreens that provide protection from both UVA and UVB and contain a variety of active ingredients, which are always listed in the Drug Facts on the back of the product packaging. We are unable to disclose ingredient information, other than as required by law, regarding our product formulations. We adhere to this policy to ensure that trade secrets and other proprietary business information remain confidential.

On this item description it states that the active ingredient is 24.08% zinc oxide but on the actual box it says only 20%. This is false advertising?
