I suffered from post nasal drip most of my life. It cause heart burn and coughing. I finally figured out what was going on. This oil has been a life saver to me. Since I started using it all my symptoms have cleared up. I no longer am up all night coughing and suffering from acid reflux. Wish I would have found it years ago.

This nasal oil has a light feel and pleasant aroma. I apply after using the netti pot in the morning and before bed.

Very nice Nasya oil. It is what it says it is: a gentle mild product. If you want a strongly infused oil, this may not be it. But for daily use, quite nice. I use a different nasya for certain conditions.

It’s too hot for my sinuses. I can smell the burnt sesame easily when I dropped some into my nostrils. I haven’t used it after that. The best brand is Banyan & I’ve been using that more.

The scent in your nose was like toasted bread. Yuck!

This is an amazing nose oil. In the winter, even in Florida your nose gets dry and sinus problems worsen. I use several drops of this oil both, in the morning and before bed. Just lie flat, apply a few drops in each nostril and stay with your head back for a couple of minutes –give it time to go deep into the sinuses. It works even better after a hot shower. It may provoke a few sneezes, but that clears out old mucus from the sinuses. I depend on it daily, and it has literally prevented sinus infections. I highly recommend it.

Just got mine and started to use it last night. I am pretty used to herbs, as my Son is a Dr. of Acupuncture & Chinese medicine, but the herbs in this nasya are hard to take! I added some Eucalyptus EO to it and that helps. (10 drs) I do hope it helps with allergies. Lots of positive reviews so I've got my fingers crossed!
