Let me start put by saying, it was worth the back ordered wait (at least for my wife) she isn't a fan of purses, or carrying a bag for that matter, but she doesn't leave the house without this thing. She loves the fact it can protect her ipad, and carry a few other things along with it, without the fear of messing it up. Size, it's about the size of a sheet of paper, it seems larger in the pictures, but it's quite small. My wife carries her tablet. Keys, a small purse brush, and a few other things and there is still room to spare. As for the tablet sleeve, if you have protection on your ipad, consider tht it will be a little tougher getting it in and out of that sleeve because itis designed for a naked ipad, maybe with the apple Smart Cover... Maybe. The inner pocked wont zip around it, but it's really no big deal, we were quite expecting that. She has a moshi case and it still slides into the pocket. The length of the strap seems like it fits her perfectly it hangs at her hips, she is 5'4" with a slender build. The inside color is a little crazy... It's like relaxed and chill on the outside... And bats%^t crazy on the inside when you open it, quite the design choice. She also enjoys the many pockets it has.Like others have said the outside pocket under the buttons would be so much better to use if they were stylish magnetic buttons, they are really cumbersome to undo and get into while on the go... It's quite the show to watch... She doesn't really use it any longer, and it's a shame because It is a nice sized phone pocket. The bags exterior seems thin, we have had a few rainstorms and she will usually tuck the whole thing under her shirt if we are caught in the rain for fear it will leak and allow the inside to be wet so that's unfortunate, I believe she even once grabbed a grocery bag to tie it up in. However it's not a serious mark against it, but it is an inconvenience. All in all, she's happy I'm happy, it's a fantastic bag at a great price!

I have been using this purse daily for the almost six-months since I bought it. It has two main pockets that have a big capacity and a smaller sleeve for a tablet or very small computer, and a small zippered pocket in the back. I can fit two phones, keys, sunglasses, and extra junk in the front compartment, my very small 10.5" laptop in the padded sleeve, a spare charger for the laptop, portable mouse, spare USB cable, plus a small bag with my makeup in the back compartment, then have room in the pocket for a small wallet, lip balm, and other loose items. It holds A LOT. I am hard on my purses and it's really sturdy; I haven't had any tears or popped seams. I also get a lot of complements, the buttons are a really cute detail. It's a great value for the price.

This bag is really nice. Attractive and well made. Quality fabric on both exterior and interior. It is hard to find a bag this size, which is smaller than your typical messenger bag but large for a purse. I am giving it four rather than five stars for two reasons. This first is the zipper pocket on the front, which hides under the buttoned-down flap. The buttons holding the flap down make this pocket useless. Way too much hassle to get in and out of, so I just don't use it. Not really a big deal, there are plenty of other pockets, but a little annoying. The second reason is the tablet pocket, which I wish was just a little bigger. It is a nice pocket, nicely padded and closes with a zipper. I only wish it was ONE inch wider, so my Surface 2 could fit. I did manage to get it in once, without the keyboard cover attached, and with the bag otherwise empty, but it was such a tight fit I was worried I was going to damage my tablet trying to get it back out. It seems to be designed for an iPad, or another smaller tablet. I am able to put my Surface in this bag in the main compartment, just not the tablet sleeve. My Surface 2 is 10.75 by 6.75 inches, and 3/8 inch thick. Strap length is perfect for me - hits on my hip - I am 5'4" and thin. Its a great bag if you want a big purse that looks like a mini messenger bag, which is exactly what I was looking for. Wish there were more colors available. The "black" is definitely a charcoal gray.

I recently purchased this bag and it has already became one of my favorite bags. The description says it's a black bag but it's more of a dark gray. Inside the bag, it's lined with a cute black and white houndstooth print. There is an iPad sleeve, which I use to keep my phone in so it get extra protection. On one side of the iPad sleeve there is 2 large pockets and a pen holder for 3 pens. On the other side, there is a zippered area. Underneath the buttons on the front there is also another zippered pocket. I put things I don't use as much because it is harder to get to. As other reviewers have mentioned, the strap isn't ajustable. I am 5'7 and the bag fits me perfectly, even while wearing a heavy winter coat. I measured the strap and it's about 45 inches long. The strap is also very thick. Therefore, you won't have it digging in your shoulder. Pros: 1. This bag is extremely light! After I switched from my leather bag to the Ogio bag with the same items in it, I couldn't believe how much lighter it was. 2. There is tons of pockets, which is great for organization. 3. I don't have to worry too much about getting the canvas material dirty or ripped because it's very durable and thick. 4. The tag also said it comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, which most bag companies don't offer. Cons: 1. The strap isn't adjustable. 2. The canvas material attracts cat/dog fur. 3. They should of made the buttons on the front snaps instead of actual buttons. Overall, this bag is great and easily one of my favorite bags. I would love to get more colors! I would recommend this bag to moms who don't need to carry diaper bag anymore but still need to carry some of their kids items in their bag, to college kids who need to carry their iPad or pretty much to anymore who wants a stylish, lightweight, organized bag.

This purse/carrying case is very well made. I have a 10" tablet and it fits in the inner pocket very well. It is very roomy. I use it as a purse and while it doesn't look big, it really can store a lot of things. One reviewer thought that it didn't look as it's pictured, but I disagree. I do have quite a bit tucked in it, and it looks very professional and absolutely holds it's shape! I would not hesitate to use this in a professional manner. If I used this to toss in the tablet, 2 cell phones, a 3DS, and their respective chargers I would still have plenty of room for other things. It sits well on my shoulder comfortably as well as across my body. I put my keys in the hidden front pocket, which is a tad bit difficult to get them in and out, but that's mostly because I have too much on my key ring. Even with everything I throw in there, there are no lumps or bumps. I do need to figure out a better weight distribution as the one side with all my extras in the zippered pocket seems to make it lean. This is a very nice bag, and the material is a decent weight. Not too thick and not thin. Well thought out design. I didn't "get" the "no man" sign on the inside as some people had with other purses. I was looking forward to that! Ha!

UPDATE 4/26/2016: Still a GREAT purse! My OGIO bag is currently holding up after all this time since my original review! No rips, no tears, buttons are still intact, zippers didn't break... It's still a 5-star item! At my local stores, I have yet to find a designer bag to replace this perfect purse and I have been looking for one because I really want that perfect designer bag! But alas... no luck as of yet. However, I highly recommend you get it this purse if you have been thinking about it because nothin' beats it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just recieved my black OGIO purse today and so far, no major issues with it! The strap is not too long or not too short and it sits exactly at my waist just fine when I have the strap of the bag crossed over my body. I am 5'5", if that will help anyone tell sizewise. The only two things I would nitpick about the bag are first, the pocket behind the buttoned flap. Yes, that was a poor design decision, but I guess you could put a somewhat valuable item in the pocket so it would not easily get stolen. Also, since I purchased a black OGIO bag, it tends to attract unwanted hair like pet hair. The stray hair that sticks to the bag however is easy enough to get off using your fingers or using a hair removing roll on the bag, but if the hair issue would bother you too much, I suggest not getting a black OGIO bag and get it in another color instead. I also use the pocket where my smartphone is suppose to go for a small tissue package. Since I use it for that reason, there is not another large enough personal pocket for your smartphone besides the larger zipper pocket on the other side of the inside of the bag. Also another thing to note, since I got a newer model of the black OGIO purse, there is no polka dotted lining inside of it. Instead, there is a black and white zigzag pattern for the inside lining of the purse. Also, the three buttons on the outside of the bag are not fabric buttons like the preview picture of the black OGIO purse, but they are the metal buttons that are featured on the other preview images of the different colored OGIO purses. Just thought I should let others know that before ordering. In conclusion though, this purse is a five star item and if I had the money saved up, I would order it in another color! I used it out in the town today and it is a great purse!

The positive: This purse is adorable, and I've received several compliments on it. I use it daily for my job as a reporter. It is nice enough to bring to most events, and the exterior seems to hold up well. I can toss a few notebooks, a book, pens and my cell phone in easily. It's too small for most laptops. The interior is a black and white chevron pattern, so it's somewhat easier to find things inside than it is with a purse with black lining. I love the look of the front buttons, but they're not practical. If I'm carrying something small or important that I won't be using a lot, I'll stick it in the front pocket and button it up. Otherwise, I don't use it. I like the width and length of the strap. I thought it would bother me that it's not adjustable, but it fits me just right. I'm 5'6". The bad: I've owned this purse for about a year, and I recently opened it and found the lining had ripped. I'm disappointed: I tried to take good care of it, and I'd hoped it would last longer. I can still use it, and I do, but I wish the inside were a bit sturdier.

This bag is great! I was searching for a bag like this - where I can put an ipad, a notebook, a regular sized folder with some papers, a small bottle of water perhaps a small book and stationary. This bag perfectly fits all of the above and leaves space for a little bit more for something. There are enough space for pens, phone and a zippered small pocket inside. The secret pocket outside is difficult to reach, but its good if your don't want to reach into it repeatedly. I don’t really end up using it for something I need to take out everyday. Overall its more roomy than you think and is light on your shoulders. The ipad with a smart case fits into its place easily. The quality of the material looks good and durable. The inside lining is cute. It might not be suitable for those looking for a complete professional look - but like me, if you don’t mind a little bit of color - this bag would be perfect. The bag might not be explicitly waterproof, but outside material is able to resist water during light rain, and even if it does get wet the inside lining definitely protects the electronics and other things within the bag. The strap length was fine for me (ht. 5,2"). I am overall very happy with the bag and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants an everyday bag!

I was looking for a versatile bag that would be both comfy and attractive. I walk a lot and tend to carry a book bag because I find bags usually don't meet my needs or dig into my shoulder after a while. This is my first across the chest bag in about 15 years. I bought it because I am no longer a student and need to upgrade to something more classy than a book bag. EXTERIOR: Love the material! It seems durable and maybe even a little water resistant. The "OGIO" name is embroidered in white on one side and is attached on front in black metal. The buttons are also metal which I like the look and feel of (and more durable than plastic), however they are difficult to open, although that also makes it more secure I guess! There is a front secret pocket under the flat, I will probably only use it for something important that I don't use very often since it is harder to access. The strap is flat and wide which I think will be comfortable and distribute weight more evenly than a shoulder bag. The strap is NOT adjustable but it fits perfectly for me. For reference I am about 5'6 and the top of the bag hits just at the top of my hip bone. I am large chested and it seems to fit fine, I am not sure how it will fit over a winter coat but I guess I'll find out in a few months. INTERIOR: The inside of the bag is a zigzag pattern, cute but I would have preferred the polka dots personally (I think the interior depends on the color you buy). The padded tablet pocket is very nice and much bigger than I expected. I put my 7 inch tablet (with case) in there and still had plenty of room! So I put ANOTHER 7 inch tablet (with case) inside and it could still zip up! The front and back of the purse both have large compartments. The back also has a large zippered pocket. The front has a few organizers. I am attaching some photos because amazon.ca does not have very many and I nearly passed on this purse cause I did not realize how great it would be! I will be using it to carry my essentials and tablet. It looks like there will be enough room to also carry my water bottle and a few chargers too. I do not have kids but I think it could also work as a small diaper bag cause it is pretty roomy! SHIPPING: I have been watching the tracking for weeks waiting for this and it just arrived today! :) Take note that this bag will not be shipped for 2-3 weeks, however once it was shipped it arrived relatively fast (a week early!). When I opened the box, I knew it was worth the wait! :) COLOR OPTIONS: Overall the only thing I am disappointed about is the limited color options on the amazon.ca website (there are more options for .com but some of them won't ship to Canada). I ordered the black one because I think it will be the most versatile of the options available, however I really love the wine color! I found the wine color on another website but it was more expensive and did not include shipping. Since I only recently finished school, I could not justify an extra $25 for a different color so I ordered black. The black is beautiful though! (just not my first choice).

Die Tasche ist einfach super. Ist meine zweite und habe sie auch schon weiter empfohlen. Komplett mit Reißverschluss schließbar. Innen mit 2 Reißverschlüssen und Fächern für Kugelschreiber oder Lippenstift. Der Stoff ist super robust und sieht nach Jahren (meine erste Tasche) immer noch top aus.

OGIO is a fabulous brand and all their products are sturdy and well made. This is no exception. I love this bag.
