Great!!
Got these for a specific recipe and have used them in many different things! They're great. Used them as garnish when dried anx tasted ok, they taste better when dehydrated. Love them and would get again.

Great taste and great value
I bought these (along with a few other dehydrated veggies) because I was tired of buying fresh and having to throw away half of it because it would go bad before I could use it. I don't cook a lot and I cook for one so that's easier to do than you'd think. Anyway I wasn't sure how dehydrated veggies would stack up but I figured I'd try it in soups, if nothing else. I put these in a bowl of water during my work day (wfh) and let it re-hydrate while I was working. When I started my soup, I tasted the water to see and it actually tasted like bell peppers. Watered down bell peppers, but bell peppers nonetheless. I add this and the other re-hydrated veggies to my soup as well as a bit of the water I re-hydrated them in and it gave the soup great flavor. I'd definitely recommend this. I will add that a little goes a long way. I'll definitely re-hydrate less next time as I didn't need all that I prepped.

Flavor is so good
These peppers are so good in all of my meals

THIS IS RED/GREEN, NOT RED AS SHOWN!
Caveat: The product photo shows red bell pepper, but this is in fact a mix of red and green. Please fix the photo!

I love this mixture
Very flavorful! I add them to omelets, soups, really anything I'd add bell peppers to. They really are so convenient, especially if you're camping. Of course dehydrated food usually is, but this brand really has great flavor, you can tell as soon as you open the container. I'm not sure how long they would last, I use them a lot, but I'm sure they would last a while. My last scoop is always as fresh smelling as the 1st one was.

Good product
One of the few dehydrated products that I really like. Tastes great in scrambled eggs and the texture is also good after it is reconstituted.

Better Than Spoilage
Need only a small bit, or do not have time after work to nip into grocery store on the way home? Dehydrated fresh bell pepper is a great substitute. Works in salads, soups, stews and other sauces. Always best to rehydrate the portion before placing on salads or quick cooking but rehydration not necessary for slow cooking. Flavor is subjective, but finely diced bell pepper (often red and green) are a nice visual accent along with other seasonings. Price is also subjective to personal use. Expensive for short term heavy use but a great buy for limited long term use where fresh bell peppers would certainly spoil, and less expensive than frozen chopped green peppers by volume.
