Did get an original product. Was pretty easy to install and value for money (I feel). Is replacement for an old battery that died on me after 6 years of service. Battery charge will depend upon what power configurations you have on your individual laptop and for what you use. These types of batteries don't take kindly to overcharging and/or heat primarily, so don't leave the charger plugged in all the time and ensure enough ventilation and cooling. Performance is good, and I hope it remains that way for a long time to come.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with this seller. I delayed posting this because I genuinely tried to resolve the issue first—but all my efforts went in vain. I reached out to both Amazon and the seller multiple times, and unfortunately, no one provided any real support. At this point, I’m not expecting a resolution. I simply want others to be aware. I purchased a Dell battery from this seller. Initially, it worked fine for about 1–2 months, but then the performance started dropping significantly. Since I was outside India at the time, I couldn’t take immediate action. Now, the situation has worsened - the battery has swollen, which is not just a defect but also a serious safety concern. I have attached images showing the barcode and the swollen battery as proof. Please be cautious. I strongly recommend purchasing batteries only from authorized Dell stores. Avoid buying from sellers on Amazon, as it may cost you more in the long run not just financially, but also in terms of safety.

Ordered with a bit of skeptism, as Dell support was not offering any paid service for my out-of-warranty & past-end-of-life Dell laptop Inspiron 5378. Received the product well packed and delivered really well. The delivery guy instructed my apartment gate security to store the package in a shady place as it is a laptop battery (covid restrictions in our apartment mandated that all deliveries will be received at Security gate only) . Kudos to the delivery guy. The package was huge. A huge official DELL carton box- close to 18" x 12" x 4" for a battery that is size of your mobile phone. It was packed in an anti-static bag and sandwiched between a pair of large foam. And the package was not tampered anywhere. All seals were intact. Kudos to the seller and DELL. Opened my laptop panel and plugged the new battery. Then Plugged the power supply and switched ON. Laptop started without any glitch. The BIOS did not report any issues and the laptop started back normally. And charging was as usual. No charging issues unlike the non-oem batteries. Overall I would rate 5 stars for selling Authentic DELL battery (exact model) and good delivery.

First kudos to Amazon for secure packing. Now coming to battery once I received battery I replace to my old battery in dell Inspiron 5570 laptop and charged for 3 hours to reach 100 percentage. Then I started using with battery. Easily it came for around 3.5 hrs for normal usage watching youtube and browsing and downloading some media. It's really worth buying

It is a original product and working very well for my Dell Inspiron 5567. With 80% of battery keeping your screen-on with YouTube video running, the battery shows the estimated time of 5.5 hours. 👍 The package was very well done with proper safety.
