So, they are one size fits most. I am 5'4" and weigh about 140 lbs. They come up past mid thigh on me and fit snugly. My legs are muscular but probably 18 inches mid thigh. Hope this helps.

How do you care for these? cold wash delicate? dryer on low? line dry? what?

I washed mine with a regular load of laundry on warm and dried them in the dryer like a regular pair of socks. They were fine.
