However expensive this does the job and as of two months of use is still working fine. The original lasted just over one year (how ironic the warranty is one year). Hoping this one will last longer.

Power supple my pool shark is like new!

I bought this power supply unit less than a year ago. The power supply quit working.I contacted the Amazon supplier I purchased it from and was told to contact the manufacturer, Hayward, which I did. Hayward said they do not do warranty over the phone, that I needed to contact a dealer. I called a local dealer, who then contacted a local Hayward representative. I was told that the warranty period for the power supply was not the same as if I had purchased a new cleaner that included a power supply for which I would have had a 3yr warranty. Purchase a brand new power supply only and its classified as "replacement parts" with a warranty of only months. Stay away from Hayward products as they do not stand behind their products. Runaround, runaround...sorry.
