I am giving the review after running it for two years. It is of very good quality. If you want to reduce your electricity bill, then you should definitely buy it.

Bought the NXG1450 but received a damaged Circuit board. Fortunately, the Luminous Service contact number provided responded well and replaced the circuit board free of cost (except the servicing charge). Within 1-2 days, which was good. But one quarry i have is whether the fan is supposed to run 24x7 as the fan doesn’t stop at.

I have combined it with genius Solar Battery, however yet I haven't connected solar panels. First I thought it was a 850 VA inverter but later I knew, it is a 500VA inverter, I felt like I got robbed. 850 is model not VA, it is very confusing. I suggest don't go with it instead buy 1150 model with 850VA. In my area Delivery service is very bad so even I tried returning it I didn't. Taking about this product: Working pretty well on my load. which I tried with 300 watt load. 1 personal cooler , 2 Fans, and 8 led Lights. If you are using it for 1 BHk flat you don't need mote than that. If you buy higher model it only cost 1k more but have better future upgradability. I am planning to use 500 watt solar panel in future and will post review after that.

I ordered an inverter around March and started using it in May. It is a big mistake. Worked just for 5 days afterwards no AC output is coming from the backside of the inverter. Now unable to return the product, only able to claim the warranty. I have registered a complaint at May 15th on Luminous website and service engineer came to my home at May 17th and told display board creating the problem and it should be replaced under warranty. We have stock and it can be immediately replaced within the next 2 days. They also said the inverter is a failure model and hangs randomly. Today may 26th but still the service engineer never came afterwards and did not replace the board. I'm calling everyday and reminding them about that. They lie for different reasons everyday. I have a lot of trust in the Luminous brand. Now everything is lost due to service persons and quality of product also a big question mark. I will update the review in case the issue is solved. Update: Product is serviced after 20 days. Now it is working again normally. Update 2: After 2 months of usage the same problem comes randomly. There is no AC output from the backside of the panel but it recovers automatically and AC output is working again. I don't sure when it will die completely. Surely a defective product sold by Amazon Seller. Completely not recommended to purchase from online. Luminous teams are also slow to respond and sort out the issues.

All are ok but this is only support 12 volt pannels I am using 400 watt pannel at this time then I found maximum ampere 18 amp. At afternoon all electric appliances are auto shift solar and during evening 5pm auto Shift on grid. Sometimes we face problems as it is in automatic power saving mode.
