I bought this anxiety ring mainly to help with fidgeting, and I was honestly surprised at how well it works. The spinner is smooth and quiet, so I can use it without drawing attention, which is a big plus when I’m out in public or just sitting around. The rose gold color is really pretty and looks just like normal jewelry, not like a “fidget toy,” so I can wear it every day. It feels comfortable on my finger and doesn’t pinch or feel bulky. I’ve noticed I reach for it instead of biting my nails or messing with things, so it definitely helps take the edge off when I’m feeling anxious or restless. The stainless steel also feels durable, not cheap. If you want something that looks nice but also gives you something to do with your hands, this is a great little purchase.

It’s beautiful. I like the quality of the ring. The size was exactly what I wanted. I used a jewelry protector. It satisfies my urge to fidget. It’s lightweight and fun. I’ve had it on all day, except to wash dishes. I’m wary of trying it out in water.

It’s a good thing that I like to wear this ring around my knuckle, bc it would be too snug if I wore it like a normal ring. I measured my finger to make sure I got the right size, but this is snug. It’s very pretty though and I’m glad I purchased it.

This ring is an ADHD’r dream. I got it to mostly cope with New Jersey traffic and it works perfect. Spins perfectly. The sparkle is a HUGE bonus. It’s mesmerizing (maybe not the greatest thing for driving lol). I’m between sizes. I sized up but it was too big so returning that one. Got size down and it fits perfect. I hope it lasts cause I LOVE THIS THING.

I immediately put this ring on. I love it! I spin it with my thumb and it’s definitely helping my anxiety. So happy with my purchase. It’s made really well. Spins with ease! I have small fingers I got a size 7, fits my pointer finger.

The ring is really cute. The sizing can feel off at times because there are no half sizes, so sometimes it feels too loose and at other times it feels right. The exterior ring is more textured sparkles, which feel more scensory. After having the ring for about two weeks, it doesn’t spin as smoothly as it did the first time, which I’m disappointed by. I’ll keep using it, but I don’t think I’ll buy another oneZ

Perfect fidget for people who play with their rings! It's kind of gritty so weird texture. I've had the ring for several months and even worn it for several months with it holding up to the rest of time. Wish I would have bought a larger one for my thumb as that's the finger I play with, but still a great size for ring finger.
